NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN, FURTHERMORE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOOKING ELSEWHERE.
This was the second time I used this company, I was happy the first time. Second time was a disaster. They came with two men, one man basically did most. This caused what I thought made the move take longer than should've. Which meant more expense.
They damaged a leather chair which was like new, wasn't sat in 10 times. Scraped a patch of leather on the front of chair. They claimed it was old and wore out. Broke a wheel off of hamper. Scratches on TV stand. All my furniture is relatively new the oldest piece being two years old. I had an antique picture frame with assorted family pictures. They were family treasures of four generations. The frame was broken hopefully the pictures can be saved.
