Yup 5 stars. I don't throw those around either. I consider myself a fair patron. I criticize and applaud appropriately. From the moment I walked into the ED at Strong West it felt like I was being taken care of by my mom or a really close aunt. From the nurses to the doctors to the lad that escorts you to CT Scan in a wheelchair. Fantastic facility and staff. Thanks guys. I owe ya one.
my son and I were in unexpectedly a few months ago, he cut his eyebrow wide open! I was panicked and upset because I thought for sure he needed stitches. From the moment we arrived the staff was wonderful. We got right in, no waiting! The nurses were all absolutely phenomenal, they made me as a panicked mother feel at ease but most importantly they made my son (18 months old) feel like he was the star of the show! They would take him for walks and everyone would give him high fives, he thought he was "the man". The doctor was phenomenal, if I didn't know any better I would say she specialized in working with small children! She knew exactly what to do every step of the way proving me with completely details of her every step and while doing so she kept me feeling completely comfortable as well as my son. He didn't even move a muscle! Absolutely amazing staff, I would recommend anyone to strong west!

I've used strong West 3 times for my self and for the best care and quickly. My second time in the ER was for a horrible allergy to a baby lamb. I went in today for very very bad sinus pressure and was remembered for the time i was in with the allergy!! Very happy with strong West.
