My husband and I are looking to purchase specific floor tiles and Lowe's website says there are over 400 boxes in stock at Brockport. We ordered the tiles and then recieved a phone call to say they can't find the tiles and will not honor sales price to ship the tiles to the store. This is poor customer service and false advertising. Other stores (supposedly) have the tile in stock but it is not on sale. The rep who called us said that if we can "nationally" find a better price on the tiles THEN they will offer it. We are very disapointed and surprised at the lack of accountability that Lowe's is displaying.

Worst one I've been to. Needed help in 3 different departments and know one knows anything or where anything is located. Went to get paint and no one could help locate a color even with the bar code.

Brockport Lowes is awful. I waited 35 minutes for an employee to bring a door from the back just to realize they grabbed the wrong swinging door. The employee said they would be right back with the correct door, which took another 25 minutes!! Not one person seemed to care that this SIMPLE process took an hr to complete. Lowes has confirmed that I will always be a HOME DEPOT customer from now on

What a terrible experience i just had! Was looking for a back panel to a stand up shower wall, needed some help, when someone finally showed up 15 minutes later he helped someone who just showed up that was an isle over from where we were. After he finds the wall 3 isle's away from where it was supposed to be, he does nothing to help me pull it down from the upper shelf it was on. Then I get to the line to cash out, the cashier does nothing to acknowledge me to let me know she can cash me out with my 2 carts full of stuff. Finally i have to order a door frame that should've been in stock and was told it won't be in for a week! A week?!? To order an "IN STOCK" door frame? I can order a crate chevy motor and have it here in two days but it will take me a WEEK to order a product you are supposed to have in stock?!? I will be taking the remainder of my $15,000 renovation purchases to Home Depot.

Not a good experience. We are building a deck and have purchased all supplies from Lowe's. Every time we go there to buy more wood we have to look thru at least 10 boards to get a good one!! Also made a $30 return today and the manager gave us a hassle! Not good business.
