Awesome place for mechanical stuff like hardware as well as other farm stuff. I'm surprised at the amount of stuff they have including inquire food stuff too.

I have been in this store many times and each time the staff is friendly and helpful, I find exactly what I'm looking for, and their prices are very competitive! This is a great one-stop store! My new favorite shopping destination!
I have been to the Brockport location 4 time's now. The service is absolutely the worst! I'm standing at the gun counter waiting. Two employees talking about their tattoos. Never asked if they could help me. I left and spent my 1,000.00 elsewhere. Today I go and ask for 3 separate things on sale that I couldn't find. Their response? Oh we must not carry that. Last time I set foot in there.
This store is terribly dangerous if you have money to spend. There are so many amazing products that you just want them all! They have huge tool, hunting, outdoor living, and clothing sections. Their power tool prices seem to be on par with most other stores if not cheaper, but they have a lot more selection. The firearms people were all super nice and helpful, spent about 3-4 hours one day just learning about different things with the employees. Nobody had an issue helping me out and even if it was more the customer service was amazing. I actually wsa supposed to get a free item with so much money spent and I left without the item since I forgot it. I called the store and asked about, the manager, Eddie, called me back and set the free item aside for me no problem. They held it for two weeks while I was out of town. Recommend these guys to everyone!
