I've been going to this place for years and it hasn't been until I was scheduling my own medical appointments that I realized how terrible this place was. It's been a week and I haven't gotten the medication that I need to just function at work and life in general until my appointment Monday. I will be changing my doctors this week.
This place is just terrible! I just got a voicemail about an upcoming appointment, so I take off the day at work. When I show up they have no idea about my appointment! The receptionist looked at me like I was crazy, they treat people like they are idiots. But the receptionist are so confused and backwards. I am mad I even had to give one star to this unprofessional establishment.
oak orchard dental, if i could give them a zero i would, i have never given a review of any kind before. the dental hygienist was too rough on my teeth and gums, i have had over 100 cleanings before, but never like that. the doctor, if she was a doctor, gave me the impression that was needed to make alot of money fast, and my insurance company could pay for it.
Been trying to get a controlled prescription filled for over two weeks now. I've since gone through withdrawal and will probably need to work back up to my usual dose. Left two messages on the controlled prescription line; no response. My pharmacy also directly called in the prescription twice; no response. Currently on hold with the Albion office as caller number 6 and I fully expect them to blame me for the problem at the rate things are going.
if you need to go to a dentist office, go see moe, larry, and curry, i trust them more.
Very unprofessional reception staff. Was told I could get an appointment for next MONTH for an EKG for the extreme shortness of breath and a crushing feeling in my chest. Seriously? No offer to speak with nurse. No suggestion to go to Urgent Care (not that didn't know that, but still). No empathy, courtesy or compassion-- WHATSOEVER. She was nothing more than smug. She actually, truly, seemed to enjoy what she was telling me. The way she said, "Nope" was more than frustrating. I guess this is the place to go if you're hoping you might die from neglect.
