"This enterprise location would not add me to the rental policy even though the Greece NY location noted the account to add me. I had a really bad day Monday when I went there. I was in an accident before I got to the location. With everything that happened to me I was being very polite to the rental dealer. She declined this transaction. I told her I was starting to get extremely frustrated. She asked me where the frustration was coming from. I stated in a very mild distressed manner that I was in an accident 5 minutes before arriving. I asked again if I could be added. She declined even though I was authorized by GEICO and enterprise in Greece NY per notes on the rental account. She told me that it was a legal document and that the registered driver had to be present. I asked her is in a very serious tone "Could I have done this in Brockport?" She said "yes". This is when my stress levels exceeded my limit. I stormed out of the store and was left stranded in Henrietta for an hour. Yesterday, I went to Brockport's location and asked to be added to the policy. They said yes. I recapped the issue that happened on Monday and Brockport's location called Henrietta's location. The manager at the Henrietta location lied to the Brockport's location and said I walked into the office acting crazy. I was not acting crazy. When I arrived in the Henrietta road location, it was just after a car accident and I was still in shock from the incident. I will never do business with this location ever again. I have never ever been treated so badly at an enterprise location before this past Monday. If I could. I would give your location -5 stars. So much for being a family owned business."
It pulls very hard to the right But other than that it was awesome ~ Round trip only cost $24.00 for gas ...
I recently used a Nissan Versa from Enterprise & I loved driving this car it was so comfortable for my trip to Ohio to see my grandson on his 5th birthday..
Better than the airport location.

Even after the issue stated above. The manager in the Brockport's location really performed to the best of her abilities to meet the original agreement. That is why the Brockport's location has 5 stars.

This place is considered my preferred location. Great service. Helped me with the issue below. Please take note that what is posted below is not representative of this location. This location helped me in my most time of need. This Brockport's location is honestly a good place to do business. Wish I could have said the same about their sister location in Henrietta NY.
